Casual Care/Occasional Care Bookings

It is preferred that bookings are made by 5pm on the day prior to needing care. however at times the place may not be available unless a permanently booked child is to be absent, which I may not know until the morning of care.  In this case I will send out bulk messages to all families on my on call list, first in-first booked will receive the place and all families will be notified whether or not successful in booking for that time. 

 Once booking is confirmed, payment must be made whether care is used or not.

Places are not held and is on a first in - first booked basis.

Suitable from 6 weeks - school age




To secure placement your enrolment must be completed with Maitland Family Day Care Scheme (Five Star Family Day Care) within 2 days.    You will need your child's birth certificate, immunisation records (from Medicare), your CRN and your child's CRN (from Centrelink).  I will advise you on the enrolment procedure once you have visited me and we mutually agree that care will commence.  A start date also needs to be given.  Placement will not be held without these.  The scheme will advise me when you enrol.

Places will not be held for periods longer than two weeks (providing your child is enrolled within the scheme) from our mutually agreed start date.
